Established in 1996, Prinar LLC ("Prinar") is an operating and investment firm that originates, structures and invests in real estate acquisitions, direct equity investments in real property, debt investments secured by real estate and privately-placed real estate securities using a tailored partnership approach.

Prinar has close relationships with affiliates and third parties encompassing all aspects of real estate investment and management, including acquisition, financing, disposition, leasing and project management. Prinar works individually with each investor or investor group to identify goals, develop an optimal investment strategy and formulate investment criteria, a risk profile, target geographic markets and target product types, while taking into account legal, tax, accounting and business needs. This individual attention and focus is the basis of the tailored partnership approach.

In many instances, Prinar or one of its subsidiaries will make an equity contribution to the tailored partnership to obtain a minority equity ownership percentage.






The management, advisory and administrative functions of each tailored partnership are performed by Prinar or one if its subsidiaries. Prinar operates and manages the tailored partnership real estate investments through subsidiaries or third parties. Prinar manages and operates with a focus toward minimizing costs and fees and maximizing efficiencies to scale by using technology in innovative ways to achieve competitive advantages.





Prinar leverages the expertise, knowledge and experience of its advisory committee. The advisory committee consults on investment decisions, strategies, and legal and business issues.

Prinar will work in tandem with many of its local brokers, affiliates and operating partners to source real estate deals that fit into the tailored partnership criteria.
